Linda Swanepoel, Owner
Liquidity Bookkeeping Inc was born from Linda’s extensive 40-year career across a diverse range of industries, including trades, property development, real estate, finance, and health and wellness.
After years of holding senior bookkeeping positions and completing her internship at Coopers & Lybrand, Linda founded Liquidity to provide businesses with a more personal, expert touch. Her passion for the craft extends beyond the office to the classroom, where she teaches the next generation of bookkeepers at UFV in the Fraser Valley.
Supported by a dedicated team, Linda combines professional accuracy and confidentiality with a genuine desire to see her clients succeed. Whether you are on Vancouver Island or in Toronto, Liquidity Bookkeeping Inc is committed to excellence in every file.
When she’s not balancing the books, you’ll find Linda hiking, kayaking, or in her garden—likely with a glass of fine wine in hand.
Emma, Bookkeeper
A graduate of the Bookkeeping for Small Business program at UFV, Emma is a natural when it comes to financial organization. She first honed her meticulous attention to detail while managing complex systems at the University Library—a skill she now applies to the world of “shoebox accounting.” Emma excels at transforming disorganized records into precise, professional accounts, making her an essential asset for clients facing a backlog of paperwork. As Linda’s protégé, Emma is a quick study who brings a fresh perspective and high standards to the team. Working remotely from beautiful Langley, she balances her technical precision with a low key personal life. When she’s not refining spreadsheets, Emma loves discovering new recipes with her mom, catching a great movie, or making friends with all the neighbourhood cats.
Eve, Bookkeeper
Eve has always had an affinity for numbers, though her path to bookkeeping was a colorful one. From Art History to co-owning a photography business, she wore every hat imaginable before finding her true calling with bookkeeping. She continues to manage the books for her own photography studio, providing her with a unique, firsthand understanding of the financial challenges business owners face. Today, she uses that entrepreneurial perspective and exceptionally sharp eye to help others succeed. Eve excels at creating order out of chaotic files, taking pride in streamlining inefficient systems and restoring disorganized financial records to provide her clients with total clarity. A proud French-Canadian and passionate animal lover, Eve truly lives the “work from anywhere” dream, having served clients from a dozen different countries and counting.
Barb, Bookkeeper
Barb is a seasoned finance professional with a career spanning 15 years in the banking industry. Driven by a commitment to continuous growth, she further sharpened her expertise at the University of the Fraser Valley (UFV), where she earned her certificate in the Bookkeeping for Small Business program in 2023. A former student of Linda’s, she combines her strong institutional banking background with the high standards of our firm. The blend of formal education and workplace experience allows Barb to navigate her clients’ books seamlessly. Known for her unwavering reliability and client-first philosophy, she is dedicated to delivering results that provide business owners with long-term peace of mind. Away from her desk, Barb is most likely found embracing the outdoors with her favorite companion—her pup, Poppy.
